What is the tyvek?

Tyvek is a versatile material made from high density polyethylene fibres. Its application is more flexible than traditional fabrics.

What are the characteristics of tyvek material?

• It has a well-balanced set of physical properties: thin, lightweight, non-deformable, soft, smooth, tough, tear-resistant, opaque, moisture-resistant, low surface friction, high elasticity and more flexible in its application than traditional fabrics.
• It is resistant to water damage, has low surface friction and is highly elastic, combining the characteristics of paper/cloth and film.
